Thomas has worked across corporate, government, healthcare, and community sectors, leading operational teams, building leadership capability, and designing psychosocial safety frameworks. He understands the real pressures of leadership because he's lived them, from managing high-stress environments to navigating his own founder journey. 

His work is grounded in evidence, informed by neuroscience, and shaped by practical experience.
